Coordinate with vendors such as decorators, caterers, photographers, makeup artists, entertainers, and hotels.
Conduct venue visits and assist clients with venue selection.
Manage contracts, quotations, and vendor negotiations.
Plan and oversee all wedding functions, including pre-wedding ceremonies.
Coordinate guest management, logistics, transportation, and hospitality.
Create production and execution plans for décor, entertainment, and technical requirements.
Supervise on-site event setup, rehearsals, and event execution.
Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues during events.
Ensure high-quality client service and maintain regular communication throughout the planning process.
