We are looking for confident and proactive Tele-Counselling Executives who can guide students and parents about courses, admission processes, and institute offerings. The role involves handling inquiries, counselling students over calls, and converting leads into admissions.
1.Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course details and admissions.
2.Counsel students and parents regarding programs, eligibility, and benefits.
3.Maintain follow-up with prospective students to increase admissions.
4.Record daily calls and maintain CRM data properly.
5.Coordinate with the admission team and provide required information.
6.Help in lead generation, converting inquiries, and meeting admission targets.
