Responsibilities

1.Maintain discipline and ensure rules are followed
2.Monitor and guide students in daily routines and activities
3.Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper behavior inside the premises
4.Take attendance, manage hostel records, and report to management
5.Address student concerns, conflicts, and emergency situations
6.Supervise meal timings, study hours, and daily schedules
7.Create a supportive yet disciplined atmosphere
