Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on R&D Engineer specializing in Embedded Firmware and Power Electronics, with 3–4 years of relevant experience in firmware development and control card programming for inverters, UPS systems, and microcontroller-based voltage stabilizers.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with established power electronics manufacturers such as Luminous, V-Guard, Microtek, Livguard, Su-Kam, Servokon, or similar organizations.

The candidate will be responsible for firmware architecture, microcontroller programming, digital display integration, product testing, performance optimization, and production deployment of control boards.

Responsibilities

- Strong proficiency in Embedded C and bare-metal programming.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as Microchip/Atmel (dsPIC, PIC16/18), STMicroelectronics (STM8/STM32), Holtek, or TI C2000.
- Strong understanding of PWM generation, ADC sampling, timer interrupts, and I2C/SPI/UART communication protocols.
- Experience in inverter firmware, stabilizer control card programming, and embedded system debugging.
- Proficiency in laboratory instruments such as Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO), power analyzers, AC/DC electronic loads, and variacs.
- Ability to perform firmware testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and hardware–software integration.
