We are hiring a skilled Production Engineer with strong technical and operational experience in HVAC and mechanical equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee production activities, ensure process efficiency, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement practices within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily factory production activities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure adherence to quality standards: ISO / ASHRAE / Industry Norms.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement systems.

Qualifications / Skills

• Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical HVAC manufacturing.Required Skills AutoCAD/SolidWorks ERP Systems(SAP/Odoo or similar) HVAC manufacturing plant.
