Job Description

We are hiring a Logistic In-Charge to oversee product movement, dispatch, supply chain operations, and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate must ensure timely delivery, maintain stock accuracy, handle transportation, and optimize logistic processes.

Responsibilities

1.Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including planning, dispatching, and delivery tracking.
2.Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouse, and production team.
3.Ensure proper documentation: E-Way Bills, Challans, Delivery Notes, GRN, Invoices, Transport Docs.
4.Maintain daily stock movement records and product dispatch reports.
5.Optimize delivery routes and transportation costs.
6.Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong planning/coordination & time management.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines.
• Knowledge of GST logistics documentation.
