We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage all human resource functions for our hotel/resort. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, training, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
* 4–5 years of experience in HR (Hotel/Resort preferred)
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and compliance
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and teams
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
