We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the property.
* Manage daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
* Supervise housekeeping staff, supervisors, and outsourced manpower
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards as per hotel SOPs
* Plan duty rosters, staff training, and performance evaluations
* Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments
* Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
* Conduct regular inspections and quality audits
* Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory standards
