Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: ₹75,000 per month
Location: Kota
Preference: Candidates with prior Kota hotel industry experience preferred. However, candidates from outside Kota may also be considered.

- Oversee complete hotel operations and daily management.
- Manage staff, departments, and overall service standards.
- Ensure smooth front office, housekeeping, F&B, and administrative operations.
- Handle guest satisfaction, complaints, and service quality.
- Manage budgets, costs, revenue, and operational performance.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and procedures.
