We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead channel sales operations and expand the dealer/distributor network within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the inverter and battery industry, with a proven track record in distributor appointment, channel development, and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of channel sales and distribution management.
Excellent experience in primary and secondary sales.
Proven ability to appoint and develop distributors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
