Responsibilities

* B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hydroponic farming (mandatory)
* Strong interest in hydroponics and controlled environment agriculture
* Willingness to work on-site at the farm location
* Good observation, problem-solving, and learning attitude

Qualifications / Skills

• * Knowledge of nutrient management and irrigation systems * Familiarity with modern farming technologies * Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
